Thank you for the wonderful feedback we have had regarding interest in our Forest school. The response has been phenomenal. For those of you who cannot make it, we are planning another parent taster in the Autumn term.
Before each cohort is due to begin the Forest school sessions, a parent information pack shall be given out, including lesson plans and suggestions for suitable clothing. A handout shall be distributed to all parents after this Saturday with a list of questions and answers deriving from the parent taster session.
Snails
The babies shall be playing with the ‘Happy land’ characters out in the garden. At story times Jenni will look at books depicting spring animals with the babies and this week the children shall explore different textures using cornflour.
Jenni would like to ask parents those parents who have possibly visited a farm with their children, to bring photographs of the occasion, which the babies can look at.

Could the Bumblebees staff please remind parents to sign their children in/out of the building. Also there is now a lost property box situated outside of the 2-3’s room. Could parents please check this box for any items which may belong to their child. At the end of each month the box shall be emptied in order that we do not have an overflow of lost property. In order to help us with this could all items brought in be clearly named. Thank you for your co operation.
